1. Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind on opened or used skincare products.
We may accept change-of-mind returns on unused, unopened, and sealed items within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unopened and in original packaging
- Item must not be damaged
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- Description of the issue
If approved, we will offer:
- Replacement (if stock is available), or
- Refund to your original payment method
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened skincare products
- Used items
- Sale or clearance items
- Free gifts or promotional items
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

6. Australian Consumer Law
