1. Cleanse your face. Start with clean skin (no makeup or sunscreen left).
2. Apply toner + serums first
Use your usual skincare routine
3. Lightweight moisturiser (optional if skin is very dry)
4. Apply sleeping mask (last step)
Take a pea to blueberry-sized amount
Spread a thin, even layer over face
Avoid eye and lip area
5. Leave it overnight. Do not rinse off.
6. Wash off in the morning. Cleanse as normal.
